  1. Whereas the General Assembly of the Opoji D\u2019light North America (ODLNA)<\/strong> is desirous of a vibrant association to coordinate and promote a sense of community among its members and advance causes germane to them and their community;<\/li><\/ol>
    1. Whereas the Association must be positioned to function effectively in a contemporary world for which it has determined a Constitution is necessary;<\/li><\/ol>
      1. Therefore, having received the report of a Constitution Drafting Committee and following a resolution moved and seconded at a General Meeting held on the 15th<\/sup> day of December<\/strong> 2019<\/strong>, the following Constitution is hereby presented to the General Assembly of Opoji D\u2019light North America (ODLNA), for ratification.<\/li><\/ol> <\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
